Skywalk is a linear gable end house which takes advantage of the Pioneer Bay seascape views to surrounding islands and township from within the home and on it's expansive balcony and 'skywalk'.  The 'skywalk is a catwalk up in the sky which creates the appropriate sun shading in summer, warmth in winter and does not hinder views downwards to the coastline from within the home.  No matter the weather, you can experience the beauty of the Whitsundays from within the home, on the balcony, or within its landscaping and pool.  Scheduled for completion mid 2025.
