We have developed a number of townhouses for a developer which offer colour-scheme options and can be adapted from flat to sloping sites without the need to rearrange the floor plan. 

The lower level of one design is divided into 3 floor plates that can move up and down independently of each other which aids in construction on a variety of sloped sites, and reduces design costs to reproduce the building for another site.

Another townhouse is adapted to different sites and will have a new front facade design to create a sense of individuality, which we find creates a sense of individuality, ownership and care from occupants.  This influences us to create different facades from side-to-side (unit-to-unit), while maintaining continuity of design language to create a large, impressive bulding.
